ORDERS & SHIPPING
I love your tees, but you don't have my size. When will it be restocked?
We try hard to keep our items in stock, but in the event that an item has been out of stock, we will do our best to share on our social media and website when the item has been restocked. However, please understand that we rely on wholesalers and printers and can often not provide an exact restock date. If you would like to be the first to know when an item is restocked, follow us on social media for restock updates!
I entered the wrong shipping address when I placed my order! What can I do?
Email us at email@example.com with your order number as soon as possible and we can edit your shipping address if the item has not yet shipped. Once an order is placed, however, we cannot edit shipping information.
How can I return my order?
We do accept returns for store credit on our items if they are new, unworn, and unwashed for non-sale orders. To see if your items are able to be returned for store credit, please see our return policy.
I love my tee, but it doesn't fit. Can I exchange it?
We do not offer straight exchanges at this time. We do offer returns for store credit on orders that meet our return policy guidelines.
Do you ship internationally?
We are based out of the United States and are happy to ship internationally to 240 countries! If you are unable to select your country of residence at check out, please email us at firstname.lastname@example.org and we can help you further.
How do I track my package?
When your order ships, you will receive an email with the tracking information! Please allow up to 2 weeks to receive your package from the time your order is placed.
How long will it take for my order to ship?
Orders generally ship within 2-7 business days after your order is placed. Please note that you should then add shipping time on top of that.
What do I do if my order shipped, but I never received it?
If your tracking number says "delivered" or "out for delivery," but you haven't received your package, please contact your selected shipping carrier. In most cases, they will be able to help you locate the package. For packages unable to be located, all claims must be submitted no later than 15 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

I'm running an event and would love for The Mama Chick™ to donate shirts. How do I request a donation?
Please contact us at firstname.lastname@example.org to let us know about your event, auction or fundraiser! We love to support great causes and will determine if your event is a good fit.
I'm interested in selling The Mama Chick products on my website/ store. Do you offer wholesale partnerships?
We do not offer wholesale partnerships at this time.
Can I copy one of your designs?
The Mama Chick owns all copy rights to all of our apparel designs, which are protected under the United States Copy Right Laws and cannot be copied without permission.
